- Vehicle delivery and return are available from 08:00 to 18:00 local time. For website bookings from 01.09.2026, the after-hours surcharge is: 18:00–23:59 +1,000 THB, 00:00–05:59 +2,000 THB, 06:00–07:59 +1,000 THB.
- The refundable security deposit starts from 3,000 THB.
- The vehicle must be returned with a full fuel tank. The vehicle is provided with a full tank.
- Car washing is not included in the rental price. You receive a clean vehicle and must return it clean. Standard washing costs from 300 to 1,000 THB depending on the vehicle class.
- Rental vehicles may be driven only on public roads.
- Only small pets may be transported in rental vehicles, and they must be kept in a suitable pet carrier.
- Any independent repair or correction of technical faults is strictly prohibited and may be carried out only with prior approval from the rental company.
- ACT / POROBOR (compulsory motor insurance), Code 1.10 — medical coverage only. This compulsory insurance is included with every rental vehicle. .
- TPL + LDW + ACT. FCBI — 1st Class Business Insurance, Code 120. Deductible: 3,000 THB per insured event. This insurance is included with every applicable rental vehicle. .
- TPL + LDW + ACT. SCBI+ — 2nd Class Business Insurance+, Code 120. Deductible: 3,000 THB per insured event. It applies to vehicles older than 10 years and is included when renting such a vehicle. .

- Insurance is invalid in cases of intentional vehicle damage, deliberate vandalism or negligence, and when the vehicle is driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

- Taking the vehicle outside the Kingdom of Thailand is prohibited. Travel to other provinces is permitted for vehicles manufactured in 2019 or later. Inter-province rates are shown during booking.
- Fuel, parking, fines and toll-road charges are the renter's responsibility.
- An International Driving Permit (IDP) must be carried together with a valid national driving licence. All documents must be valid. Copies and electronic licences are not accepted. In Thailand, driving without an IDP may result in a fine starting from 1,000 THB (approximately USD 30), at the discretion of the police.
- Rental payments can be made by credit or debit card. VAT is 7%. When a deposit is paid by bank card, 7% VAT is also charged, and the deposit refund may be made only in cash in Thai baht.

- THB 200,000–500,000 per person for permanent disability or dismemberment, depending on the degree of injury.
- THB 200 per day, for no more than 20 days, as daily compensation for inpatient hospitalization.
- If the injured person is the driver of the insured vehicle, only preliminary compensation is payable. The combined maximum for bodily injury, death, disability and hospitalization is THB 500,000 per person. The total limit per accident is THB 5,000,000 for a vehicle with no more than 7 seats (or carrying no more than 7 people including the driver), and THB 10,000,000 for a vehicle with more than 7 seats (or carrying more than 7 people including the driver).
- Preliminary compensation for bodily injury is limited to THB 30,000 per person or the amount prescribed by law.
- Preliminary compensation for loss of life is THB 35,000 per person or the amount prescribed by law. Preliminary compensation forms part of the main insurance compensation.
